Service area
We build websites, web apps, mobile apps and Shopify stores for companies across Canada, from early-stage startups to established retailers. Our senior team works remotely from Lahore, so you get studio-quality work at a fraction of typical North American agency rates, quoted and invoiced in Canadian dollars. You get a written update every day, a demo every week and calls booked in your time zone.
(01)The market
If you sell in Québec, French isn’t optional, and bilingual customers elsewhere notice when it’s missing. We plan bilingual sites from the start: a URL for each language, hreflang tags, translated metadata and a CMS your translators can work in.
Privacy, accessibility and sales tax all change at provincial borders. An Ontario store charges 13% HST on a local order, but the same order shipped to Alberta carries 5% GST. We configure tax, consent and accessibility for the provinces you actually sell into.
Shopify started in Ottawa, and Canadian merchants of every size run on it, alongside WooCommerce and custom Next.js storefronts. We build on all three and connect them to Canada Post shipping, Stripe or Shopify Payments, and the accounting tools you already use.

(03)Working together
Our day ends as yours begins. Feedback you send in your afternoon is usually handled by your next morning, and calls are booked at times that suit you.
Shown in your local time. Our studio works 00:00–10:00 your time, overlapping your day by about 1 hour. Every day you also get a written update.
(04)Quotes
We don’t use one-size-fits-all price lists. Every project is quoted individually, in CAD if you prefer.
See packagesWe talk through your goals, users, timeline and budget, and give honest advice, even if that means a smaller project.
Within about two business days you get a written quote in CAD, with scope, milestones and payment stages.
The price only changes if you change the scope, and every change is agreed in writing before we start it.

Rules we build for
PIPEDA governs how private-sector businesses collect, use and disclose personal information in most provinces. It expects meaningful consent, a clear privacy policy, reasonable security and breach reporting when there’s a real risk of significant harm. A bill to replace its privacy rules was introduced in Parliament in June 2026; until it becomes law, PIPEDA applies.
Québec, Alberta and British Columbia have their own private-sector privacy laws. Québec’s Law 25 is the strictest: a designated person in charge of personal information, privacy impact assessments, data portability and tracking that identifies, locates or profiles visitors switched off by default. Health information is covered by separate provincial laws.
Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation requires express or implied consent before you send commercial email or SMS, clear sender identification and an unsubscribe that takes effect within 10 business days. Penalties for businesses can reach $10 million per violation, so sign-up forms should record consent properly.
Under the Charter of the French Language, as amended by Bill 96, websites and commercial content aimed at Québec customers must be available in French, and the French version can’t be less complete than other languages. Stricter rules on signage, product inscriptions and trademarks took effect on June 1, 2025.
Ontario’s AODA and Manitoba’s accessibility standard already require accessible websites from many private businesses, and the Accessible Canada Act covers federally regulated sectors such as banking, telecoms and transportation. Other provinces are phasing in standards. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the sensible target for any new Canadian site.
Online stores charge tax based on where the customer is: 5% GST in Alberta and the territories, 13% HST in Ontario, 14% HST in Nova Scotia, 15% HST in the other Atlantic provinces, and GST plus a provincial tax in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Québec. Selling into those four provinces can also mean registering for their tax separately.
