Every care plan is a fixed monthly fee, set out in an itemized quote after the health check, and you can start with a free 30-minute call. A plan for a standard business website covers updates, backups, monitoring and a small amount of change time; stores, larger sites and custom apps need more hours, and the fee reflects that.
Yes. We start with a health check of the code, hosting and plugins, flag anything risky, and document the site as we go. You end up with clear access and records, so you are never dependent on one person again.
Monitoring alerts our team as soon as your site stops responding, and outages and hacks jump to the top of the queue. Because our team is in Lahore, an outage during the Canadian night often falls in our working day. You can also reach us directly by email or WhatsApp.
Updating text and images, adding a page from an existing template, adjusting a form or fixing a layout issue. Larger work, such as a new feature or a redesign, is quoted separately so your plan stays predictable.
