Who we are
Digital Prism (“we”, “us”) is a web, mobile and AI development studio based in Lahore, Pakistan, serving clients in Canada and worldwide. This policy covers this website and the ways you can contact us from it. Questions about privacy can be sent to contact@digitalprism.ca; that inbox is monitored by the person responsible for privacy at Digital Prism.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and, if you choose, your phone or WhatsApp number, company, the services you are interested in, budget, timeline, preferred way to reply and your message. We also record your browser’s time zone and the page you sent the form from, so we can reply at a sensible time.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: whatever you choose to send us, such as messages, files and voice notes. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and is subject to its own privacy policy.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. Your IP address is also used briefly to limit repeated form submissions.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website, and we do not sell or rent personal information.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you hire us, deliver and support your project.
- To send you a confirmation that we received your message.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
We only use your information for these purposes, or for others you agree to. We will not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Storage in your browser
The site remembers a few preferences in your browser’s local and session storage, not in cookies: your light or dark theme and whether you have already seen the opening animation. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
Where your information is kept
Enquiries are delivered to our team by email and a copy is kept on our web server so no message is lost. Our team and service providers (email, hosting and messaging) may store and process information outside your province or country, including in Pakistan, where our studio is based. We use reputable providers and protect information with access controls and encrypted connections.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and manage our relationship with you, and project records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as Canada’s PIPEDA, Québec’s Law 25, the EU and UK GDPR or US state laws give you rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a privacy regulator. To make a request, email contact@digitalprism.ca and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date above. For anything else, see our terms of use or contact us.
