Ontario orders carry 13% HST, and orders shipped elsewhere take the destination province’s rate. B2B stores may also need tax-exempt customer accounts, net payment terms and customer-specific price lists, which Shopify Plus and WooCommerce can support with the right setup.
Business-to-business email still falls under CASL. Implied consent from a purchase lasts two years and from an inquiry six months, so your CRM should record when and how each contact opted in.
